Robbert Vriezen has been a lawyer since 2003. He studied civil law and business law at Leiden University. He specializes in corporate law and insolvency law, in particular in contract law and financial law. He has been regularly appointed by the court as bankruptcy trustee.
His clients include domestic and foreign private companies and family owned businesses, as well as shareholders, directors and creditors. He advises companies (or directors) among other things on directors’ liability and matters relating to debt restructuring.
Robbert Vriezen is a member of INSOLAD, the specialist association for insolvency lawyers. In 2008 he graduated cum laude from the specialization course in insolvency law at the Grotius Academy.
